This is a compact launch disclaimer, not legal advice. Read it before minting, Teleburning, or using any Forge path.

Teleburn is optional. No holder is required to burn. You can keep your Ordinal on Bitcoin.

Bitcoin burns are irreversible. Once an Ordinal is burned through an OP_RETURN transaction, it cannot be recovered by anyone.

Teleburn is one-way. The Bitcoin Ordinal is destroyed and an ERC-721 is issued on Ethereum. There is no reverse path.

There is no refund mechanism for confirmed burns or confirmed Ethereum mints.

Forge consumes both the Exquisite Ordinal and a Brutal Edge Ordinal. Both are permanently destroyed.

Community claim opens later and runs for 7 days.

Agent #37 is treasury-reserved and blocked from community claim.
